Once you have successfully built your eCommerce store, it is time to start thinking about the Shopify Marketing strategy that you are going to carry out to maximize your sales and minimize your costs. There are many different paths, so you need to choose your particular Shopify Marketing strategy to be successful. Each online store or business must choose the one that best suits it, because what can be used for one business will not work for another.

I will dedicate this post to talking about my favorite marketing strategies, which will surely increase the sales of your Shopify store:

1. Limited time offers

If used correctly, this is a marketing strategy that creates a sense of urgency in the minds of customers. Psychologically speaking, people are often more concerned with the things they may lose than with the things they already have. This is the perfect strategy to take advantage of that situation. If you create attractive daily offers for your customers and tell them that they are temporary, you will surely increase sales and traffic to your store.

Eye! Careful. The best thing is not to abuse these types of offers or extend them too long in time, because then they will lose their objective and customers will stop paying attention to your products.

2. Send gifts with purchase

This can be a good Marketing strategy to push the indecisive customer to complete the purchase action. This strategy will not only increase the conversion rate of your Shopify store, but it will also help you build customer loyalty and retain a general audience.

3. Email marketing

Email marketing is one of the most important tools for engaging with customers who have already made a purchase on your website. Use it to send useful information to your clients and try to make it look professional, it is very important to build trust in the client's mind. If you don't get it, your emails are likely to get marked as spam and there will be a lot of unsubscribes every time you send an email.

You should also be aware of the number of emails you send so as not to be a nuisance. A good Shopify Marketing strategy to follow is to send 1 or 2 emails per week.

4. Make product packs

Offering attractive product packages is a good Marketing strategy to sell more. If you want to create bundles, focus on choosing products that have some kind of synergy between them.

For example, making a package of anti-aging creams and video games wouldn't sell, exactly, because they're unrelated. A better combination would be a pack of video games with energy drinks, or anti-aging creams with makeup. In addition, the price of these packs should be lower than the price of buying the products in that pack separately, otherwise the strategy would be meaningless.

5. Highlight your best products

Featuring specific products at the front end of your pages is a great Shopify Marketing strategy to increase sales of those products. In general, you should highlight the products with the highest conversion rate, profit, or any product that may lead to a second conversion.

6. Use your blog to convince your customers

A blog can be a powerful tool when it comes to building trust in the minds of your customers. You can use it to drive potential customers to your website by generating the content they are looking for, or even use it to explain additional functionality of your products. It simply gives customers more reasons to buy your products.

7. Influencer Marketing

Influencer marketing is a Shopify Marketing strategy that is booming. The process is simple, just contact an influencer and negotiate how you would pay them in relation to the promotion of your products. Sometimes when the influencer has a low or medium following, they will promote your products simply if you offer them for free. But you can also find that the influencer is not interested in the products in your store, so you will have to pay them if you want to get the promotion.
